Ohio Financial Institutions Tax (FIT) Return Filing Deadline Approaching

Update to financial institutions subject to the Ohio Financial Institutions Tax: the due date for filing the annual Ohio FIT Return is Monday, October 17, 2016. Ohio FIT taxpayers are required to file any Ohio FIT Annual Report or Estimated FIT Report and make any payment electronically through the Ohio Business Gateway (OBG). Additionally, if your business is an Ohio FIT taxpayer with eligible tax credits to apply against the Ohio FIT, be sure to prepare and the FIT Credit Schedule with the Ohio FIT Return.
